About the role You'll help ensure channel partners receive accurate and timely support for their co-operative advertising and market development fund claims. By processing claims and pre-approvals with precision, you'll contribute to high-quality customer experiences. No prior experience is required and experience of managing claims and policies is highly beneficial. This is an existing vacancy. What you'll do Claim Processing • Review and process co-op advertising claims and pre-approvals • Calculate claim values using client procedures and compliance guidelines • Scan and upload pre-approval and claim documentation as needed • Review different types of advertising for compliance Customer Support • Handle written and verbal communication professionally and promptly • Maintain high-quality standards and meet individual KPIs • Be proactive in problem solving and apply policies consistently Programme Expertise • Develop deep knowledge of co-op advertising policies, procedures and programmes • Apply policies and procedures accurately and consistently • Enter claims into the platform accurately What you'll bring • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to apply logic to ambiguous situations • Comfortable working with percentages and calculations In addition to base salary we offer bonus, stock options plus a wide range of benefits.
