• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred

Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. The Construction Manager will lead site teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
