Job description
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is the world's largest coffee trade association, representing more than 10,000 members across 100+ countries — producers, roasters, baristas, buyers, and industry partners united by a commitment to elevating the craft and culture of specialty coffee. Through education, certification, research, and world-class events like the World Barista Championship, SCA sets the global standard for what specialty coffee can be. • Collect interview feedback, track next steps, and follow up to keep the process moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
