• Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports. • Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures. • Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. • Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs. • Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors. • Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards is an advantage.
