Customer Service Representative - Remote

Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Nurture relationships with customers to foster high client retention and loyalty. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs. Knowledge of how to quote/remarket renewals, handle renewal reviews with customers, assist with some new business, endorse policies and have communication to build on client relationships with the customers. Assist in reviewing policies and working with carriers, as well as billing and invoicing. Assist in screening calls to streamline communication and reduce the workload for the department.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
