Database Administrator/Data Engineer

• Proactively manage and maintain data systems based on organizational standards and requirements • Ensure continuous operation of data systems by performing troubleshooting and conducting remedial actions as needed • Implement and enforce policies & procedures to carry out data-related BAU tasks to support various business functions and teams • Implement services, scripts, and pipelines to allow people to access data more easily

• 3+ years of professional experience of managing production databases • Solid software engineering fundamentals, with experience in using commonly used tooling such as CI/CD, Git, Linux/UNIX • Strong knowledge of data structures, their implementations, and optimization techniques • Strong knowledge in SQL and expertise in at least one programming language (preferably Python) • Experience in stakeholder management • Experience in utilizing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
