• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks. • Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities. • Implement and follow individualized support plans to enhance client independence. • Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client status. • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients. • Collaborate with team members and families to provide comprehensive care. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. • Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
