Responsibilities
• Lead the construction management function across multiple projects and workstreams.

• Prepare executive reports and presentations on project performance, key risks, and strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in construction and project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, infrastructure, real estate, or mega-development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and industry best practices.

Job description
The Director of Construction Management is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
