Director - Design - Mixed-use

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with Qiddiya's overarching goals and vision • Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers and architects, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration • Oversee the design development processes from initial concept through to project completion • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions are practical, innovative, and reflect community engagement • Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations • Stay abreast of global design trends and best practices, integrating these insights into project initiatives • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within expected parameters • Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting design concepts and incorporating their feedback into the design process • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • 12+ years of professional experience in design leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or entertainment sectors • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage creative teams • Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in presenting complex design solutions to various audiences • A proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact design projects on time and within budget • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is highly advantageous • Ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong attention to detail
