Global Operations and Partner Performance • Define and monitor performance measures covering quality, accuracy, throughput, turnaround time, automation, reuse, adoption, user experience, cost effectiveness, and resilience. • Hold internal teams and external partners accountable for service levels, capacity, deliverables, commercial value, and improvement commitments; determine corrective actions when outcomes fall short. • Make operational decisions affecting priorities, project sequencing, provider capacity, workflow design, implementation timing, and deployment of approved resources. • Lead partner and commercial planning with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and relevant leadership, including scope, contracts, service levels, risk, and continuous improvement. • Manage operational risks and continuity during platform releases, market onboarding, workflow changes, provider transitions, and service-model changes. 4.
