Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements for site activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and inspection documentation.
• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
• Enforce company HSE policies and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, street lighting, utility, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Job description
