Responsibilities
• Review tender documentation to identify key proposal elements in accordance with company policies, procedures, and commercial best practices.
• Develop effective construction and manpower schedules for proposed projects based on client requirements.
• Prepare and submit authorized technical and commercial proposals to clients, including deviations in the required format.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of execution efficiency and challenges faced by current company projects for use in future tenders.
• Keep current on local market conditions, including tender results and competitor pricing, to inform competitive bidding.
• Perform various assignments assigned by the TBC.
• Provide supervision and direction to Estimation Assistants in completing assigned tasks.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of cost estimates, project budgets, and procurement documentation under the supervision of the Senior QS.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Professional judgment and ability to prepare and coordinate tenders and estimates.
• Knowledge of construction and manpower scheduling.
• Understanding of local market conditions, tender results, and competitor pricing.

Job description
Role Summary
The Estimator is responsible for coordinating the preparation of competitive and profitable tenders to secure business for the company. The role involves coordinating with other estimators to finalize tenders and refine detailed calculations in accordance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
