Requirements Experience: +5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry. (70% backend, 30% frontend). Technical Skills: Java backend: Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate. React.js frontend: Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React. Databases: Experience with SQL databases. API Design: Understanding RESTful API principles. Advanced written and spoken English fluency is a MUST (C1 or C2). Nice to have: Python: Proficient in Python, including data structures (lists, dictionaries), control flow, functions, object-oriented programming, and data manipulation using data frames with libraries like Pandas. AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities. Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity.
