Functional Analyst - FM System Consolidation Analysis and Roadmap

• Analyze financial management requirements, including accounting, payroll and workforce processes, and translate them into system, data and architecture needs. • Work with functional and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain the business implications of technology choices. • Assess shared services operating models across governance, organizational structures, business processes, technology and performance management. • Identify opportunities for system consolidation and process improvement while considering federal accounting, audit and compliance requirements. • Contribute functional analysis and recommendations to the consolidation roadmap, aligning business priorities with technology and transformation planning.
