Global Category Buyer - FTC

As a Global Category Buyer, you will support the delivery of global procurement strategies by: • Managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and supplier management activities. • Supporting the development and execution of category strategies. • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. • Identifying cost-saving, quality, and service improvement opportunities. • Analysing procurement and market data to provide actionable insights. • Monitoring supplier performance and supporting issue resolution. • Contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Norgine.

Experience • Experience in procurement and category management. • Previous experience in Paper-based Categories is a plus. • Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders. • Exposure to procurement data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
