Responsibilities
We are looking for a DR Governance Program Lead to join the Data Centre Team, in one of our public-sector clients in Warsaw. You will lead the coordination of ICT Disaster Recovery: planning, testing, reporting and fixing gaps, so that critical services are always ready to recover.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Supporting the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating the ICT DR workstream
• Helping define, review and maintain ICT DR plans for in-scope services
• Coordinating the full DR cycle: planning, testing, reporting and remediation
• Keeping DR readiness visible through dashboards, evidence status and action tracking
• Being the Data Centre Team's focal point for ICT DR towards BCM and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining DR governance documents, review cycles, ownership models and readiness reports
• Supporting management reporting and structured communication with stakeholders
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, resilience, continuity or service governance
• At least 3 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience coordination or service recovery governance
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (or equivalent)
• At least one of these certifications: CBCI, DRI ABCP / CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or another internationally recognised certification in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
• Eligibility and willingness to go through security screening for an EU CONFIDENTIAL clearance
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional work across several technical teams
• Experience maintaining plans, reports, action trackers, test calendars or governance documents
• English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher
