Responsibilities
• Plan, initiate, and manage projects using appropriate methodologies, including defining scope, requirements, timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business units, technical leads, PLMs, clients, and other stakeholders to align requirements, responsibilities, resources, and project objectives.
• Identify and allocate technical resources, tools, software, and personnel based on project needs, while documenting technical requirements and specifications.
• Identify and monitor project risks and issues, develop mitigation and resolution plans, and assess and manage changes to project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with QA teams and clients to ensure quality standards are met and testing activities, including UAT, are properly planned and executed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including status reports, MOMs, delay logs, SRSs, BRDs, and change requests, while ensuring compliance with PMO governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including experience managing projects within the government sector.
• Advanced experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, along with solid experience working across the software development lifecycle.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Project, as well as experience with documentation tools such as Slab and Notion.
• Experience organizing project repositories using GitHub, SharePoint, and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
• Experience working directly with government clients, enterprise development solutions stakeholders, senior business stakeholders, technical leads, and PMO leadership.
• PMP certification.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Eligibility to work in Jordan.
• Able to travel internationally for up to 80% of working time.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and Slack is a plus.
