Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our enterprise software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Enterprise Java (J2EE / Jakarta EE) for back-end systems, combined with experience in Python, React.js, and SQL for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications used by leading banks and financial institutions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing full-stack features across multiple enterprise modules, integrating APIs, ensuring robust data handling, and maintaining the reliability of mission-critical systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience developing large-scale enterprise applications. Strong command of Java (J2EE / Jakarta EE, EJB, JDBC). Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or service integration. Proven experience in React.js, modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and CSS3 preferred. Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS. Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative teams on enterprise-scale projects. Preferred Skills Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle. Understanding of enterprise security concepts (encryption, SSO, OAuth2, JWT). Familiarity with banking-grade performance and audit requirements (transaction logging, access control).
