Responsibilities
• Prepare, organize, and update contracts, agreements, official letters, and legal documents.
• Review documents to ensure required information, signatures, dates, and supporting documents are complete.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records of contracts, licenses, and official documents.
• Track contract renewals, document expiry dates, and pending approvals, and follow up with relevant departments.
• Coordinate the signature and approval process for contracts and official documents.
• Assist in collecting and submitting required documents through Saudi government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, and Najiz, under supervision.
• Support the preparation of government and regulatory documentation and follow up on submission status.
• Prepare basic legal and administrative correspondence based on approved templates and instructions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments to collect information and documents required for legal and administrative matters.
• Maintain the confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive legal and company documents.
• Prepare basic tracking sheets and reports for contracts, documents, renewals, and pending legal/administrative actions.
• Support the team with other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fresh graduates.
• Saudi National.
• Good command of Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job description
As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support across the organization while assisting with documentation, coordination, and basic legal and compliance-related activities. This position is suitable for a fresh Law graduate looking to gain practical experience and build a career in administration and legal support.
