Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy against delivery documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for B2C and B2B shipments in line with company requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system accurately and on time.
• Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, and other required shipment documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Track and follow up on freight and shipment tracking numbers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Coordinate with couriers, forwarders, and customs-related parties when required.
• Maintain 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements when handling and moving goods.
• Support the logistics supervisor and wider logistics team with operational and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
• English fluency is required; proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic invoicing procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and forwarding processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive logistics operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory handling, and shipment preparation, while ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of goods.
