Responsibilities
• Manage accounting and financial control across all real estate projects and group companies.
• Lead month-end, quarterly and year-end closing within set timelines.
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, including consolidated Group accounts and revenue recognition for property sales.
• Track project costs, cost-to-complete, profitability and budget vs. actual variances.
• Manage escrow operations and ensure RERA/DLD compliance, including submissions to banks, consultants, and regulators.
• Ensure timely VAT and Corporate Tax computation and filing with the FTA, in coordination with tax advisors.
• Coordinate statutory, escrow, regulatory and bank audits, and act as the key contact for auditors.
• Lead annual budgets, reforecasts and cash flow forecasts for the Group and each project.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports with variance analysis, sales, collection, and payables reports.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including contractor payments, retention, advances, and overdue balances.
• Manage the ERP system, drive process automation, and ensure e-invoicing readiness.
• Work closely with the Finance Controller to support financial control, audit readiness, and timely, accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of finance experience in the luxury or real estate sector, including 5+ years in financial reporting, MIS, taxation, statutory audits, and real estate accounting.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including annual budgeting, reforecasting, cash flow forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Strong background in project cost control, cost-to-complete analysis, profitability tracking, and project-based accounting practices within real estate.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong working knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, FTA compliance, and RERA regulations.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and coordinating with cross-functional teams while serving as a key contact for auditors, banks, consultants, and regulators.
• Prior experience in an audit firm, such as a Big 4 firm, is a plus.
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA certification is preferred.

As Luxury Real Estate Finance Manager, you will help shape the financial performance of high-value real estate projects by bringing structure, insight, and commercial judgment to core finance activities.
