• You're the person who makes things run. You look at a complex web of people, timelines, and deliverables and instinctively start building the structure that moves it all forward with a high bar for excellence. • You know the entertainment industry from the inside. You speak the language, understand the dynamics, and know how the industry moves. You can look at our team and alumni community and see the depth of experience and potential for strong impact it represents. • You bring out the best in the people around you. You lead by partnering—setting clear direction, checking in with purpose, and making sure your team has what they need to do their strongest work. • You are motivated by the opportunity to build something exceptional. You care deeply about quality, not just completion. You notice what could be better, ask thoughtful questions, and push toward stronger strategy, clearer execution, and better outcomes. You bring both ambition and discernment to the work, knowing when to move quickly, when to go deeper, and when something is good enough to move forward. • You're as strong in a room as you are behind the scenes. You can represent an organization with credibility at industry events and in Hollywood's professional circles, and you're just as effective at supporting a team to execute at its highest potential and oversee the systems that keep the work running day to day. • You believe in RTT’s mission and Multivocal Storytelling framework. You care about overcoming societal polarization and uplifting dignity, authenticity, and complexity across lines of difference. You believe it is crucial for more Americans to communicate and collaborate constructively across differences in backgrounds and ideological views. You proactively pursue opportunities to learn from divergent perspectives.
