We're looking for someone who is comfortable with Meta Ads but also has a strong interest in creative and consumer behavior. You don't need to know everything. We care more about how you think. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus—but what truly matters is your attitude and ability to grow. Eagerness to learn is just as valued as experience. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Meta ad campaign experience. • Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance • Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming • Comfortable developing, testing, and iterating creative ideas • Clear communicator who can turn insights into actionable feedback • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tests • Strong Plus: Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands and cross-functional creative teams, including video editors and designers, with exposure to creative briefs, hooks, angles, UGC concepts, landing page testing/CRO, and/or multiple international markets. We want someone who doesn't just wait for the next task. You should be curious enough to find the next opportunity yourself.
