Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations and follow-up visits for adult patients with neurological conditions such as headache, migraine, neuropathy, seizure disorders and other general neurology presentations. • Collaborate closely with collaborating neurologists and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate treatment planning. • Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate. • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR). • Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. • Maintain compliance with all telehealth regulations, licensure requirements, and practice standards.

Requirements

• CA Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing. • Minimum 2 years of Neurology experience in outpatient or telehealth settings. • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills. • Comfortable practicing autonomously in a remote care environment. • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.

About the Role TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner specializing in General Neurology to provide remote patient care..
