They specialize in providing end-to-end brand identity solutions—ranging from large-format commercial printing and custom corporate apparel to specialized tradeshow merchandise, awards, and promotional giveaways. Serving businesses across education, healthcare, corporate, and non-profit sectors, the company pairs custom graphic design services with high-volume production and personalized customer care. 💼 About the Role As our Order Management Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our daily order operations. Rather than acting as a simple "task-doer," you will take full ownership of the order lifecycle—from initial client request through supplier coordination to delivery and invoicing. The email inbox serves as your primary operational hub and main driver for all workflow processes. We are looking for a proactive, direct, and thick-skinned partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages high-volume email workflows effortlessly, and wants to grow with our business long-term. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • 📦 Order Lifecycle Ownership: Manage print, apparel, and promotional product orders from intake through supplier sourcing, order entry, production tracking, and client invoicing. • 📧 Email Inbox & Workflow Management: Efficiently process, organize, and execute all daily order operations driven primarily through the email inbox with speed, precision, and high attention to detail. • 🤝 Supplier & Client Liaison: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients while coordinating directly with vendors, decorators, and couriers via email and phone. • 🔍 Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate production bottlenecks, inventory shortages, or shipping delays and resolve them before they impact the client. • 🎨 Artwork & Proof Coordination: Verify production files, coordinate with internal designers, and ensure client proofs are double-checked and approved prior to production. • ✅ Accuracy & Quality Control: Execute order details, product specs, and pricing checks with zero tolerance for costly mistakes. 🧠 Candidate Profile & Character Fit To succeed in this role, you must possess a specific character profile: • ⚡ Decisive & Direct: Ability to take fast-paced directions without requiring lengthy explanations or questioning established processes. You take instruction, execute immediately, and keep momentum moving forward. • 💡 Solution-Oriented: Respectful of leadership’s time. If you flag an issue, you bring a viable, well-thought-out solution to the table rather than just presenting a problem. • 🛡️ Thick-Skinned & Resilient: Thrives under high-volume pressure and fast decision-making in a multi-business environment. • 🎯 High Ownership & Reliability: Takes full accountability for accuracy. Understands that a single mistake in printing or logistics can be costly, and takes pride in zero-error execution. • 📈 Growth & Partnership Mindset: Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity to grow into a senior leadership/management role, take on expanded responsibilities across multiple ventures, and eventually train future team members. ✅ Qualifications & Non-Negotiables • ⭐ Promotional Industry Experience (Strict Requirement): Prior hands-on experience in the promotional products / custom print industry is required. You must already understand industry nuances (apparel, merch, print processes, colors, specs, vendor lead times) and require zero basic industry training. • 🗣️ Language & Communication: Near-native/fluent written English skills for professional customer emailing, alongside confident verbal English for vendor phone calls. • 📬 High-Volume Capacity: Proven track record of managing high-volume email operations and detail-heavy order queues with accuracy. • 💻 Technical & Operational Aptitude: Quick to adopt specialized workflows, order systems, and software tools. 🚀 Submit your application today and take the first step toward your next great opportunity!
