🌍 Join the team powering the future of vision AI
Hello, hola, 你好, こんにちは, नमस्ते, hallo, bonjour! Thanks for stopping by — we know your time is valuable, so here's what makes Ultralytics special.
⚡ Who we are
At Ultralytics, we're on a mission to simplify AI for everyone. As the creators of the world's leading Ultralytics YOLO models, we empower millions of developers, researchers, and companies worldwide to build state-of-the-art computer vision applications.
Following our $30M Series A round, we're expanding rapidly across our global hubs. This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-performance team that's redefining the future of vision AI — where ambition meets impact, and ideas become reality.
We move fast. We build boldly. We execute with purpose. And we do it together.
💼 About the role
As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you'll work side by side with our Head of Partnerships to help partners build, integrate, and deploy computer vision solutions with Ultralytics YOLO. You'll lead technical discovery, scope partner projects, and turn requirements into practical solution architectures, demos, and deployments.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role with no people-management responsibilities. You'll collaborate with partners and internal engineering teams across model training, export, quantization, and cross-platform deployment. You'll thrive here if you combine deep technical curiosity with clear communication, sound judgment, and a bias for getting working solutions into users' hands.

Lead partner-facing technical calls, discovery, and project scoping.
•
Design solution architectures for YOLO training, integration, export, and deployment.
•
Build technical demos and rapid prototypes using Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, and Docker.
•
Support model export and INT8 quantization across ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, QNN, and LiteRT.
•
