Job description
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded People Partner to support our Business Operations functions and help drive organizational performance through people. As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will partner closely with managers and department heads to develop talent, enhance employee experience, lead organizational change, and build high-performing teams.
This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on execution, requiring strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Respoinsbilties
Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and organizational challenges.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies, talent initiatives, and organizational solutions.
• Use workforce insights and business data to inform decisions and improve business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans for strategic initiatives and organizational change efforts.
• Partner effectively with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Rewards, Recruitment, and People Operations) to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Influence and align diverse stakeholders to achieve business and people objectives.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that drive organizational success.
Talent & Performance Partnering
• Drive performance management, performance reviews, calibrations, and career development processes.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, talent decisions, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.

• Support performance improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Lead employee engagement and listening initiatives, translating feedback into actionable improvement plans.

• Drive engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address engagement and retention risks.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change

• Lead and support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage change impacts, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and change adoption strategies.

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, and workplace issues.

• Analyze workforce metrics and people data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
