Requirements
What you will do:
More particularly:
· Manage raw material and packaging material availability in line with the production and packaging schedule
· Plan and optimize open customer orders for the next 3–4 months, taking into consideration production capacity, campaign optimization and requested delivery dates
· Maintain and update the relevant planning information in SAP to ensure accurate and timely production planning
· Monitor and report key planning and operational KPIs, including:
· OTIF performance and justifications for orders not delivered on time and/or in full
· Backlog and related explanations
· Monthly Production Results
· Productivity projections for the following three months
· Maintain and update the projection file, including open customer orders and expected packing dates based on the three-month production plan
· Act as the process owner for the Site Master Schedule, ensuring its accuracy, consistency and alignment with business requirements
· Work closely with Production and other cross-functional teams to identify and address planning constraints and ensure smooth execution of the production plan
· Participate in relevant projects and continuous improvement initiatives
· Follow Company's Quality Policy and complies with current operational standards and legislative requirements
· Work in accordance with the requirements of the written Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Directives and Protocols of the company's Quality System, that are related to the duties of the described position
· Follow the rules of hygiene and control of health status as defined in the relevant Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
The ideal candidate should have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
· 7+ years of proven experience in production planning, supply planning or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP
Job-Specific Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
· Very good command of English

Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Planning Lead to join our team at our Pallini premises.
As a Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing the production and packaging schedule of the site, ensuring the effective alignment of customer demand, production capacity and material availability. You will monitor weekly and monthly performance, collaborate closely with Production and other relevant functions, and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
