Project-Based Motion Graphic Designer - DotYeti Important Note: This is a project-based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The working hours operate within the Jakarta, Indonesia time zone (3 PM - 11 PM WIB). Flexibility with working hours is essential. What you'll do: • Creative Craft: Develop engaging animations, videos, motion graphics, and supporting visual assets for digital and print platforms, made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice. • Quality & Delivery: Deliver high-quality motion content, modern video edits, and visual designs that are polished, on-brand, and on time. Our ideal candidate: • 4-6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or modern video editing • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful 2D motion graphics and brand videos • Familiarity with modern motion workflows such as 3D tools (Blender/C4D), advanced rendering (Redshift/Octane), color grading (DaVinci Resolve), or web/app animations (Lottie/Rive) • Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished. • Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right. • Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique. • Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team. Bonus Points for: • Previous startup and/or design agency experience. • Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
