Responsibilities
The selected trainee will support the DMU team in project controls and portfolio reporting, ensuring that project cost, schedule, progress, risk, and documentation information is maintained accurately and kept up to date.
• Collect monthly progress updates from consultants and developers and update the Real Estate Development Platform (RDP)
• Update master schedules and extract critical project milestones
• Cross-check invoices against consultant certificates, BOQs/CBS, previous invoices, retention, and advances
• Attend site visits, take photographs, document observations, and follow up on previous action items
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project document registers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduate with an interest in real estate development and project management
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills

BlueFive Sidra is pleased to announce a Tamheer training opportunity within its Development Management Unit (DMU) for the position of Project Management Specialist.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Tamheer Eligibility Criteria (per HRDF)
• Saudi national, aged 30 or below
• Registered on the HRDF (Hadaf) platform
• Not currently employed in the public or private sector
• Prior work experience not exceeding one year
