Responsibilities

✓Fix bugs fast — triage and resolve monday.com issues as they come in from teams across the business. ✓Repair broken automations — track down misfiring notifications, stalled workflows, and integrations that stop working as expected. ✓Adjust boards on request — update columns, statuses, views, and configurations as team needs shift. ✓ Communicate directly — respond to the person who raised the issue in their own words, not just through emoji triggers, automations, or status changes. Every inquiry has a human on the other end who needs to know they've been heard. ✓Keep the system tidy — flag stale boards, cluttered views, and unused automations for cleanup. ✓Document what you fix — capture what broke, how you resolved it, and why, so the team builds shared understanding over time. ✓Support the build roadmap — when the fix queue is clear, partner with the PM Systems Specialist on new workflows, automations, and templates. ✓Prototype and test — build automation logic in a sandbox before rolling changes out to the wider team.

Job description

Focus: monday.com Bug Fixes & Build Support Operations · Remote · Part-Time · 20 hrs/week (Mon - Fri, 9am PST - 1pm PST) · ABOUT NEATO Neato is a full-service Commerce Accelerator that partners with major retail brands as their exclusive retail partner on Amazon. We provide a comprehensive suite of marketplace management, marketing, advertising, distribution, brand control, and creative production services, all aimed at driving measurable growth on marketplace sales channels. As a top 500 Amazon storefront and a data-driven company, we analyze consumer and market trends to mitigate risk and maximize performance for our brand partners. Neato is a well-capitalized late-stage startup ranked 39th on Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies in America. We're scaling fast and building the team to match. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Project Management Systems Support Specialist to help keep Neato's project management system healthy. monday.com is the operational backbone of the business, touching every department. When something breaks, you fix it. When there's spare capacity, you partner with our PM Systems Specialist on new workflows, automations, and system builds. This is a part-time contract role. Bug fixes and maintenance come first. Build support comes second. You're not a project manager, you're a systems person who knows monday.com deeply and can move quickly on the operational plumbing that keeps everyone else's work flowing. WHAT YOU'LL DO ✓Fix bugs fast — triage and resolve monday.com issues as they come in from teams across the business. HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED ✓Fast response — bug reports and change requests get triaged and resolved quickly, without teams having to chase. ✓Reliable system — teams trust that boards, notifications, and automations do what they're supposed to. ✓Fewer repeat issues — the same problems don't come back because fixes address the root cause, not the symptom. ✓Documented work — changes and fixes are logged so the PM Systems team can see what's happening without asking. ✓Build velocity — when partnering on new builds, projects move faster because you're picking up real execution work. WHAT YOU BRING ✓Deep monday.com expertise — hands-on experience configuring boards, building automations, and troubleshooting issues in a production environment. No hand-holding needed. ✓Strong problem-solving instincts — you can look at a broken workflow and figure out what's actually wrong, not just what's visible. ✓Excellent communication — you can write a clear bug diagnosis, ask sharp scoping questions, and coordinate with people across the business. ✓ Customer-service mindset — treat every internal team like a customer. Follow up, close the loop, and never leave someone wondering where their request stands. ✓Self-directed — you get direction and run with it. You don't wait for check-ins to move. ✓Reliable schedule — part-time doesn't mean flexible whenever. We'll agree on availability and expect you to hit it. ✓Detail-oriented — you catch small issues before they become big ones. NICE TO HAVE ★Integrations experience — monday.com integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, webhooks, or the monday API. ★Ops or PM support background — prior experience supporting a project management or operations function in a growing company. Neato · 2026 · Equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
