Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to achieve delivery milestones on time and within budget • Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and facilitate timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, escalating blockers proactively • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospective, ensuring they are outcome-driven and time-boxed • Collaborate with product owners to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to maritime security objectives and regulations • Drive scrum practices for end-to-end delivery by creating and refining story backlogs, managing scrum boards, planning sprints, tracking sprint progress, managing spillovers, and ensuring accurate and timely ticket updates using Agile tools • Establish and maintain clear team working agreements covering cadence, estimation approaches, refinement standards, and branching/release alignment where applicable • Monitor project delivery health and lead actionable improvements through retrospectives • Provide transparent and regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions required, managing change to minimize disruption to the team
