• Conduct quality assessments and audits to verify compliance with established standards and procedures. • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in products and processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports, manuals, and guidelines. • Support the implementation of quality management systems and initiatives. • Assist in training employees on quality standards and best practices. • Monitor customer feedback and work to address quality-related concerns promptly. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance. • 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Mid-level experience. • Strong hands-on experience across the full QA lifecycle including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, reporting, and supporting UAT activities. • Demonstrated excellence in software testing activities with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices. • Good analytical and strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Experience in automation testing and familiarity with automation tools/frameworks. • CTFL certification is mandatory. • Experience in E-services projects is preferred. • Work From Home • Training & Development • Performance Bonus
