RPA Developer

• Build and support unattended bots to improve process efficiency and reliability. • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize automation stability. • Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations for business-critical workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automations. • Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, SharePoint, and internal enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a software developer. • 3+ years of experience in RPA development, including building or supporting unattended bots. • Hands-on experience with UiPath. • Experience working with process owners and gathering requirements from business users. • US citizenship. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator. • Experience with SharePoint. • Experience with C#. • Experience integrating automations with APIs.
