SAP SF ECP Payroll Consultant

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP solutions to align with client payroll requirements. • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for payroll processing. • Conduct system testing, provide user training, and support end-users during the implementation phase. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs. • Stay abreast of industry best practices and changes in regulations that may impact payroll compliance. • Maintain accurate documentation for all configurations, processes, and procedures related to ECP payroll. • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems. • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practices in the SAP environment. • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines. • Experience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules is preferred. • SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus.
