Requirements
• A Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field, plus a teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, teaching license or equivalent)
• 5 years senior leadership position
• NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification (K-12 administration, superintendency)
• Proven leadership experience in an international school environment

Job description
You will lead the Senior Leadership Team in driving whole-school strategy, academics and operations. You will report to the Director of Education (Egypt) and work closely with EEP’s central office on academic quality, school improvement, accreditation and operational performance.
