Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
• Additional Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile) are a plus.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management principles.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is desirable.
