Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & AI

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Business Partner to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and M&A programs. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a solid understanding of enterprise IT and emerging AI technologies, and brings excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives at once, and stay focused on delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery through delivery. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows. • Analyze current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements. • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation. • Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation. • Define project KPIs, track delivery against business objectives, and report progress to leadership. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams. • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Build strong relationships with business and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, and share insights with the wider team.
