Senior CLM Business Consultant

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 7+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, functional consulting, implementation consulting, or enterprise SaaS services, including substantial CLM delivery experience. • Proven leadership across multiple end-to-end enterprise CLM implementations involving complex stakeholders, integrations, migration, and organizational change. • Expertise in Malbek or a comparable enterprise CLM platform, with strong command of contracting processes across Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations. • Advanced expertise in discovery, facilitation, process design, requirements definition, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and change enablement. • Technical fluency to align effectively with architects and engineers across integrations, data, identity, security, and • Executive presence and consultative authority to influence stakeholders, articulate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and navigate • Ability to lead multiple engagements, collaborate across global teams and time zones, and travel periodically for customer workshops or go-lives.
