Senior Manager - Development

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects. • Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones. • Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments. • Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners. • Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers. • Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI. • Native-level English proficiency.
