We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. What if fans could be more than spectators? This is one of the fastest-growing, most strategically important areas of the business, and the team is moving fast. As Senior Product Designer for Sports, you'll own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets — from early concept through live launch. You'll shape how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features tied to the biggest moments in sports. It's zero-to-one work with executive visibility, real stakes, and an audience that's genuinely excited about what you're building. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners — navigating ambiguity, moving with speed, and delivering experiences that connect sports culture with a new category of financial product. If you love the energy of game day and want to build something that's never existed before, this is the role for you. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
