Responsibilities

Requirements
•
At least 3 years of experience building end-to-end production systems for B2B products, ideally from scratch or in an early-stage environment.
•
Full-stack capability, including TypeScript and React, plus Node.js and Python for backend development.
•
Experience with relational and NoSQL data modeling, particularly Postgres and MongoDB, and with data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data systems.
•
Experience using GCP for cloud infrastructure and deployment; familiarity with BigQuery or similar warehouses, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and observability tools such as Datadog is valuable.
•
A high-agency builder mindset, demonstrated through startup building, founding, or engineering leadership, along with pragmatic technical judgment and clear communication.
•
Experience in finance technology, FP&A, or data integrations is useful.

About the Role
Join the engineering team at a financial technology SaaS company building complex tools for finance teams. You will develop and scale end-to-end production systems, owning features from early problem definition through launch and iteration.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $75,000 to $265,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. The primary location is Canada.
