Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in Body & Paint operations or an automotive dealership.
Automotive Knowledge: Good understanding of vehicle body repair, painting processes, and general automotive operations.
Customer Service: Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and customer expectations professionally.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good English proficiency.
Insurance Knowledge: Previous experience dealing with insurance companies and vehicle repair claims is highly preferred.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to explain repair requirements, estimates, and additional work clearly and professionally.
Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and automotive/dealership management systems.
Organization: Strong follow-up, time-management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Professionalism: Presentable, customer-oriented, and able to maintain the premium service standards expected of Mercedes-Benz.

Job description
The Service Advisor (Front) – Body & Paint is responsible for managing the complete customer journey throughout the vehicle repair process, acting as the main point of contact between the customer, insurance companies, and the Body & Paint workshop. The role ensures accurate vehicle reception, clear communication of repair requirements and timelines, effective coordination with workshop teams, and timely vehicle delivery while maintaining the premium customer service standards of Mercedes-Benz.
