Aspire Software is looking for a Software Application Supportto join our team in Lebanon. Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio. About the Role: The Document Engineer is responsible for the creation, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and quality of client-facing proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents used within the WeSuite platform. In this role, you will work from clearly defined project scope and requirements provided by Project Management and will translate those requirements into accurate, professional deliverables. Document Engineers also support Project Managers during client interactions where technical expertise is required. The ideal candidate does not simply complete assigned tasks; they enjoy solving complex technical problems, learning new technologies, working with data, and finding more efficient ways to complete work. An applicant who combines technical ability, precision, curiosity, and a commitment to quality will excel in this role. As WeSuite increasingly utilizes AI-assisted development and automation tools, the Document Engineer is expected to actively use these technologies to improve quality, accelerate troubleshooting, reduce repetitive work, and develop better solutions. Strong attention to detail is essential, because the software generates legally binding proposals and contracts. This includes carefully reviewing document formatting and presentation, verifying data and calculations, testing conditional logic, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring the final product looks professional and functions correctly before being presented to the client.
