Systems Analyst/ IT Project Manager as Freelancer (all genders)

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements. • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications. • Create and maintain process flows, workflows, user journeys, and system diagrams. • Analyze data flows, APIs, system integrations, and dependencies. • Work with developers and vendors to implement and improve solutions. • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing, including defect identification and resolution. • Analyze and document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Maintain functional and technical documentation. • Support integrations with banking, lending, credit, KYC/AML, and other financial systems. • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

• Freelancers must meet the requirements for working on a freelance basis and include their proposed monthly rate in their application. • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. • Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills. • Experience with workflows, process mapping, and system documentation. • Good understanding of web applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows. • Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io is an advantage. • Experience in banking, lending, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
