Responsibilities
•
Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them.
•
Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates.
•
Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team, help sequence what gets automated, and track delivery, adoption and the capacity it frees.
•
Manage intake and escalation. Maintain the intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards partner teams rely on.
•
Plan commitments and capacity. Turn milestones into quarterly triage commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams
Requirements
•
Systems-Oriented Background: 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations, with a systems mindset: you see a program and its hardware-software systems as connected parts, and trace how a change ripples upstream and downstream. Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•
Data fluency: experience writing your own queries and dashboards on high-volume issue or operational data, and a track record of using metrics to change how work runs.
•
Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling to run your own program, and partnering with engineering to automate manual work.
•
Stakeholder leadership and communication: proven ability to align teams without direct authority and give leadership clear, concise updates.
•
Structure from ambiguity: a track record of breaking a complex or ambiguous problem or goal into workstreams, milestones and owners.
•
Autonomous vehicle, robotics or other safety-critical experience, ideally with simulation, log replay or regression testing.
•
Experience program-managing internal tools or automation through to adoption.
•
Python or SQL, plus Jira and Confluence.
