Technical Project Manager

• Agile Facilitation: Serve as Scrum Master for high-performing engineering teams, facilitating all core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). • Project Delivery & Management: Oversee end-to-end technical project execution, scope, timeline, risk management, and client deliverables across modern web, cloud, AI, and data applications. • Technical & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with technical leads, software architects, and client stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements and user stories. • Blocker Removal & Optimization: Proactively identify and eliminate technical and procedural blockers, mitigate project risks, and optimize team velocity and workflow. • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key project health metrics (burndown, velocity, cycle time, scope churn) using platforms like Jira and Confluence. • Client Engagement: Maintain clear, proactive communication with enterprise clients, ensuring transparent updates on milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
