What Were Looking For Licensed Therapists (Any State): • Active license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent in your state. • Credentialed or eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, and/or private insurance panels. • Trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered. • Comfortable serving diverse, high-need populations across multiple states. Pre-Licensed / Associate Therapists: • Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, MFT, or related field. • Associate / pre-licensed status (e.g., APC, LMSW, AMFT, etc.) with ability to practice under supervision. • Willing to follow supervision, documentation, and billing standards. • Passion for learning, growth, and working with complex trauma and re-entry populations. For All Candidates: • Strong communication skills and professional boundaries. • Reliable with time, documentation, and follow-through. • Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EMR, and Microsoft Teams.
