Responsibilities
• Manage the doctor's daily calendar, appointments, and schedule.
• Coordinate with patients and respond to calls, messages, and general inquiries.

• Maintain and organize documents, records, and correspondence.
• Prepare basic reports, letters, emails, and other documents as required.

• Handle confidential patient and professional information with discretion.
• Assist the doctor with day-to-day administrative and personal secretarial tasks.
• Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and electronic.
• Support general office administration and other duties assigned by the doctor.
• Female candidate, preferably Indian.
• 1–2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, receptionist, or similar role.
• Previous experience working with a doctor, clinic, hospital, or healthcare professional is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications.
• Well-organized, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
